Use `POST /feedback` to tell us about the Sibi Public API: a question, an error you are receiving, a missing
capability, or anything else. We read every message.

You do not need to say who you are. We identify the user and the organization from your API token.

We do not reply through the API. If we need more detail, we contact you through your usual Sibi channel.

## Send feedback

The token needs the `create:feedback` scope. The body has one field, `message`, in plain text of up to 4,000
characters.

```bash
curl -X POST https://api.sibipro.com/feedback \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SIBI_API_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"message": "POST /orders returns 500 when a line item has a paint color option. at about 14:05 UTC on 2026-10-01."}'
```

The response is `202 Accepted` with a receipt. Quote the `id` if you contact us about this message.

```json
{ "id": "fb_3f0c2a9e-6d1b-4c47-9a35-0e8f2b7d5c11", "receivedAt": "2026-10-01T16:04:11.000Z" }
```

## Report an error

Include these in the message, so we can find the request:

- The method and path you called, for example `POST /orders`
- The time of the request
- The status code and the response body you received

Do not include API tokens, passwords, or payment details.

## Limits

| Limit | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Message length | 4,000 characters |
| Request body | 16 KB |
| Messages per user | About 5 per minute, about 20 per hour |

Above the rate limit, the endpoint returns `429 RATE_LIMITED` with a `Retry-After` header that gives the number of
seconds to wait. A short burst of requests can also get a `429` without a body; wait a few seconds and send again. If
the endpoint returns `503 FEEDBACK_UNAVAILABLE`, send the message again later.
