Sends feedback about the Sibi Public API to the Sibi team: a question, an error you are receiving, a missing capability, or anything else.

We read every submission, and we use the token to identify the user and organization that sent it, so you do not need to include them. We do not reply through the API. If we need more detail, we contact you through your usual Sibi channel.

The body is one plain-text `message`. When you report an error, include the method and path you called, the time of the request, and the response you received, so we can find the request.

Each user can send about 5 messages per minute and about 20 per hour. Above that, the endpoint returns 429 with a `Retry-After` header. A short burst of requests can also get a 429 without a body; wait a few seconds and send again.
