List product suppliers

A page of the suppliers whose products the caller may search, ordered by supplier. Each supplier is a value GET /products accepts as supplier; a supplier missing from this list is refused there with INVALID_SUPPLIER. The list depends on the suppliers your organization has access to. Page by passing the previous response’s next back as after; next is null on the last page.
