Feedback Guide

Send the Sibi team questions, error reports, and feedback about the API

Use POST /feedback to tell us about the Sibi Public API: a question, an error you are receiving, a missing capability, or anything else. We read every message.

You do not need to say who you are. We identify the user and the organization from your API token.

We do not reply through the API. If we need more detail, we contact you through your usual Sibi channel.

Send feedback

The token needs the create:feedback scope. The body has one field, message, in plain text of up to 4,000 characters.

The response is 202 Accepted with a receipt. Quote the id if you contact us about this message.

Report an error

Include these in the message, so we can find the request:

• The method and path you called, for example POST /orders
• The time of the request
• The status code and the response body you received

Do not include API tokens, passwords, or payment details.

Limits

Above the rate limit, the endpoint returns 429 RATE_LIMITED with a Retry-After header that gives the number of seconds to wait. A short burst of requests can also get a 429 without a body; wait a few seconds and send again. If the endpoint returns 503 FEEDBACK_UNAVAILABLE, send the message again later.
